We stock lots of parts for Fortuna dough processing equipment. Please email us your part inquiries.   · California buyers pay sales tax. Outside of California buyers are tax exempt. · We will assist you with any freight claims but, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Do not sign for the product if any damage is found. · If you are located outside the Continental United Sates please contact us for a price shipping quote before bidding. We will quote you for the international shipping. · International buyers are responsible for import taxes and duties. · Shipping price includes crate. We do not charge additional fees for crating. · Shipping includes business address only. For residential or any non-business address delivery please call for the quote. We charge $45 fees for the lift gate request. · Please call us to find out about our delivery, installation and additional warranty services locally. Return Policy Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging. Refund includes the item purchase price only and does not include any shipping charges.
