The PFA fully-automatic fryer from Perfect Fry Corporation is great for locations that do not allow for the installation of commercial fixed vents, air exchange, filters, or fire suppression systems. With built-in filtration and state-of-the-art fire suppression, it's ideal for open mall kiosks, temporary or seasonal locations, portable kitchens, catering, or any limited-space location, taking up only 17 linear inches of counterspace.  To maximize cooking capacity and efficiency, the PFA fully-automatic fryer features three operation modes: Rapid Fry, Preset/Preset Locked, and Manual. Utilizing RapidFry™ technology, the Rapid Fry mode allows the operator to pre-load food into the drawer while other food is frying in the cooking oil. The second load of food will automatically begin once the first cook cycle is completed.  The Preset modes take the guesswork out of deep frying by allowing the operator to pre-program up to nine different food items into the electronics system. When ready to fry, simply choose the preset number that corresponds to the item you wish to cook. For a more traditional, hands-on operation, the Manual mode allows operators to load food products into the Rapid Fryer and enter the cook time to begin a cooking cycle. It's that easy!  The PFA fully-automatic fryer uses innovative advance electronic capabilities to ensure fast, efficient operation every time. While its Cook Time Sensitivity (CTS) feature ensures a consistent product by automatically extending cook times to account for significant drops in temperature, the Food Type Sensitivity (FTS) feature controls the movement of the Teflon® coated fry basket to ensure that all products are dispensed at the conclusion of the cooking cycle.  When it's time to clean the unit, all of the internal components can be removed in under a minute for easy cleaning in a dishwasher or sink. The self-contained oil drainage kit allows you to empty oil even when it's hot. For further cleaning, the vat, element, and grease traps can be sprayed with commercial oven cleaner and wiped clean.
