There is a crack in the plastic fascia, please look at the photos. The unit powers-up and outputs voltage on each of the two channels. The test lamp & cables shown are for voltage verification only and are NOT INCLUDED. This is the only testing that has been performed. Since I am unable to formally test it or verify calibration, I am obligated to list this unit as “Not Working”. Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is.
