Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up and displays “Er 17”. After I cleared the Er 17 I was able to get the pump to run, although I was not able to get it to respond to manipulation of the control panel settings. I believe that this unit will require parts or repair prior to proper operation. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are approximately 15“L x 9“W x 8“H.
