Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up, rotates smooth & quietly, and responds to the speed control setting. This is the only testing that has been performed. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are approximately 11“L x 8“W x 7“H.
