All of our used/remanufactured motors are tested by a certified HVAC technician before they are shipped to our buyer's. If for any reason, you receive a defective item, please contact the seller directly and we will have a replacement shipped immediantely. Seller will pay all shipping costs. Our Motors are packaged with quality 200 lb. tested, 32ect (edge crush test) corrugated boxes along with thick packing material to help assure there are no damages during transit. If the box appears damaged or otherwise in poor condition, inspect the product before accepting the shipment from the carrier. If it appears that the product has physical damages, refuse the shipment and contact the seller to process a claim, unless otherwise instructed by the carrier. Contact seller for further information regarding a replacement item while claim is being processed. We strongly encourage our buyer's to direct any issues or concerns directly to the seller. It is not necessary to open a case in the eBay Resolution Center. Please allow us up to 48 hours to resolve any issues. We promise to handle your concern in a professional and timely matter to the best of our ability. 45 DAY WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCESS If you experience any problems or defects with your item, we will replace it within 45 days. If an exact replacement of your item is not available, then an equivalent one of your item will be shipped instead. You must first contact the seller to obtain instructions on shipping and advise of the problem with your item. Upon reciept of the return, a certified HVAC technician will inspect and test item for defects. Once this is completed, your replacement item will be shipped. Please allow at least 7-10 business days before you recieve your replacement. 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON REFURBISHED MOTORS We offer a 1 year warranty for any defects to your remanufactured motor within this time. Before returning the item to the seller for repair, you must first contact us to advise of the problem and we will give you further shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to the seller and seller will pay for cost to return. If the item cannot be repaired within a timely matter, then a replacement item of the same or compatiable to will be sent back to you. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for repairs or replacement. Repairs may take longer if parts need to be ordered and a replacement is not available. **Please keep a copy of your invoice for warranty and proof of purchase, if you did not receive an invoice or packing slip with your shipment, contact the seller as soon as possible to request a copy for your records. **The 1-year warranty will not be honored without proof of purchase, no exceptions** SHIPPING PROCEDURES: All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground and is FREE of charge. Estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days. We offer expedited shipping services if needed.
