GENUINE CUTAWL #0 CHISEL BLADES, PACK OF 10; 1STAWARD BLADES Here is another genuine Cutawl item brought to you from 1stAward, your eBay source of guaranteed Cutawl saw kits and fresh supplies! This package of ten #0 chisels is unused old stock. The #0 chisels are designed to utilize the best features of the Cutawl saw, cutting very smooth lines and patterns in sheet goods such as Masonite, paper, sheet rubber, leather, cork, felt, linoleum, cardboard, asbestos, and other similar materials. You will create very little dust with this blade, and your edge will be finished. (A more complete list of materials is in the pictures above, along with maximum depth of material to be cut. CLICK on the pictures for a larger than real life view.) These blades are made of extremely strong high carbon steel, and with a fine chisel point and cycling 50 times a second in your Cutawl saw, it will move easily through your material. You may start your cut anywhere on your pattern with this blade because of the chisel point. The #0 blade will make extremely tight turns in very fine patterns. The blade is very thin and will leave a very fine line. It must be allowed to work at it's own cutting pace in your material. For deeper material, buy the #24 blades I have listed. You may use up to a 1/2" cutting stroke with this blade, and it should be adjusted to remain just a tiny 1/32" out of the work material at the top of the cutting stroke. Other cutawl blades are available for cutting thicker sheet goods over 3/32". NOTE: The top of the blade must NOT rise above the top of the chisel block. See the instructions provided with your Cutawl for stroke and clearance adjustments. I have a number of different blades listed on eBay, indentifiable with the "1staward" name in the title.
