Sometimes big things do come in little packages, like the 5 qt Power Mixer (SP5) from Globe. This countertop mixer is designed for heavy-duty mixing with precision milled transmission gears that operate the planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. Included with this mixer is a five quart stainless steel mixing bowl, stainless steel dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, a stainless steel flat beater and a polycarbonate bowl guard. The hand lever located in the body column raises and lowers the mixing bowl and also locks in place in both the top and bottom positions for easy operation. This cast aluminum mixer is finished with an NSF approved white powder coating and includes a six foot cord with plug.
