Completely brand NEW Broco Prime-Cut Ultrathermic cutting system, NEVER been used all hoses and attachments are present w/ pelican case (DOES NOT include the small oxygen tank), the only time it has been opened was to make sure it was all there when I got it and when I took the pictures!
