Silk screen printed scales are coated with abrasion resistant polyurethane for long lasting durability.

I am not an expert but I believe this is a Warren Knight surveying rod. I compared all the details to another one and they appear to be similar. It is missing the metal Warren Knight stamp on the back of the transit.
