Guittard Double Arm Sigma Blade Mixer Model M57 · 350 liters working capacity (top of blades in vertical position) · 500 liters total capacity (top flange) · Carbon Steel construction with hardened wear liner welded into trough · 30 HP blades drive motor with primary and end case gear reducers · Jacketed trough for cooling / heating · Discharge via hydraulic tilt of trough (hydraulic power pack included) · Mixer cover opened/closed manually, with counterweight assistance ·  Standard Sigma Blades designed to push towards trough center ·  Standard packing glands with adjustable followers ·  Standard outboard roller bearings support each mixing blade shaft ·  NEMA 4 control panel with motor starters ·  All interior parts ground smooth finish / all exterior parts primed and painted white
