(one) pressure reactor, mixer, DCI, 140 gallon, all wetted parts are made of inconel 625, all other stainless parts are 304. 32" inside diameter, 41" straight down the sides 45" to bottom center, 51" from top of inside lid to bottom. 9-3/4" center top opening that mixing housing is attached to. 1-3/4" x 42" mixing shaft. (3) 13" x 2-1/4 four blade impellers and (1) 15-1/2" x 2-1/4" four blade impeller. Magnetek Pacemaker motor, .5 to 3hp, 10-60hz, 90-460vac, 240-1755 rpm , Boston Gear Reductor ratiomotor ( approx 10-1 ratio ) Himmlestein torque transmitter, model MCRT 3961x (3-3)-n-n-n-4000, 4-20 mA. Allen Bradley 609-bew motor starter Reactor lid has (1) 6" slant mount sanitary fitting, (1) 4" slant mount sanitary fitting, (4) 3" vertical mount sanitary fittings to hold the removeable 40" x 2-1/4" x 1/4" mixing baffles. (2) 2-1/2" vertical mount sanitary fittings (4) 1-1/2" vertical mount sanitary fittings (1) 20' heavy duty power cord with pin & sleeve connector.
