It powers up, and all (5) stirrers seem to work fine stirring at a nice, slow pace. The lock dial doesn't stop in either direction. It just keeps spinning and spinning. The speed control button does stop going forward and revers though. This piece is untested beyond that and is being sold as-is. Unpacked dims are 18*16*4.
