It is a 1 to chain hoist made by Harrington. It is in good condition works great it. The other problem is the top hook is that the it is spread out a little bit but works just fine. Sold many of these and haven't had a complaint yet. The price is very reasonable for the cost of a new one at like 500.00. good luck on owning this item
