HARRIS DRACON BUTT TEST TELEPHONE Has leads with alligator clips. Can dial via tone and pulse. Model M251-1 TS21 Test set. Unit came from an estate sale. I was told unit was being used in working condition, however have no knowledge or way to fully test item.
