Available today is a nice heavy Duty Shrink Tunnel made by HEAT SEAL out of Cleveland, Ohio. This is a current model and is 100% parts supported. The model # T3422/10-LDR stands for the chamber size and conveyor style. 34" long chamber 22" wide chamber 10" high chamber "LDR" = Live or Dead roller conveyor.  We can adjust the conveyor rollers to either rotate as they pass through the tunnel (Live) or not rotate (Dead).   They are currently set to "Dead", as there is a teflon mesh belt overlay.   Usually the teflon belt is for use with "polyethylene" type shrink film.   The "poly" material gets pretty sticky when heated up and can sometimes stick to the rollers, so the teflon belt overlay is necessary.    Your standard "polyolefin" type shrink films (cryovac, clysar, syfan, bollore, etc) dont get sticky when heated, so the mesh belt isnt necessary, and can be removed. This shrink tunnel has casters for ease of mobility when required. It runs off of 220V - 36 amp power. Its got a digital temp controller that keeps the chamber temperature within a few degrees of the desired set point.   There's also a speed controller for the conveyor speed, as well as air dampers for the air flow within the chamber.   Its VERY easy to operate and maintain.
