This used to belong to my uncle.  It has been in a smoke-free home for the last 15 years.  I am cleaning out the store-room and this vintage tester has been on the shelf for some time. Item is used, and is working.  Pictures are of actual item, taken: Sept-20-2015.  I cannot verify its accuracy. pictures: (1:main) = close-up of eye-tube with a capacitor and the eye "open" (2) = close-up of eye-tube with a capacitor and the eye "closed" (3) = ready to put in a box, with wrapped up cord on top. (4) = a little further back before putting it in the box. I will ship the item in the picture.  I am not a repair shop and cannot repair it if the buyer damages it.  For shipping, it will be insured for the price of the auction.  I cannot offer returns on vintage equipment.
