This is a Heathkit IB-5281 RLC Bridge which will measure resistance from 10 ohms to 10 megohms, capacitance from 10  pF to 10 uF, and inductance from 10 uH to 10 Henries. It can also be used to measure how well matched two  components are. The bridge is in good physical and working condition. I measured some precision components and  found resistance measurements to be within about 5%, and inductance and capacitance within about 10%. The bridge  uses two 9V batteries (not included), or external power from a power supply such as the Heathkit IPA-5280. Two  alligator clips with banana plugs are included for component testing. An adaptor to allow two 9 volt batteries to  be plugged to the external power connector is also included. I don't have a printed manual, but I will include a copy of the manual on CD. Shipping weight is about 6 pounds and will ship via USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail to the lower 48 United  States. I accept payment by PayPal.
