Specifications Helmer Plasma Thawing System Model DH4 Stainless Steel Chamber Timer 3min - 20min Temperature: Ambient - 39.9*C Serial#: 127928 115 VAC 50/60 Hz Condition This unit is in excellent working condition, but has some bumps and bruises. The control panel functions as designed, but the plastic overlay is lifting away from the console in 2 places. It is minimal, but there [see photos]. Test Results I filled the unit with water and turned on both power switches at the rear of the unit. I set the "High" temperature to 30.5* and the "Low" to 29.9*. I depressed the "UP" arrow key on the left side agitator, and the unit raised up. I did the same for the right side, and the unit also raised up. I depressed the timer function and got it to read "3". I depressed the "Start" button and the unit agitated for the selected time. When the cycle was completed, the left side unit raised up, with an audible alarm. I repeated the sequence for the right side agitator, with exact same results. I set the timer to 20 minutes and ran both sides for 3 more cycles, without any issues. The temperature control functions as designed. Warranty We stand behind every item we sell.
