This is a very nice comb-bound laser reprint of the complete manual for the Hickok/Western Electric KS-15750-L1 Tube Tester. Hickok also sold this same tester to everyone other than Western Electric as model 1575. This manual costs more than some of my other tube tester manuals because it is about 100 pages. All of my manuals are scanned in and printed with a laser printer. The main 22 page section includes the operating instructions, parts list, a nice big 11x17" schematic, and the calibration instructions for the L1 & L2 models. The schematic does not specify any serial numbers, but it is dated June 1955 and the calibration instructions specify that they are for testers made after June, 1956 with serial numbers starting with #800, which have the sub-miniature sockets. My schematic does not include sub-mini sockets, so it is for testers with serial numbers up to 799. The Tube Test Data section is code number 3200-331 and has four sections: General Test Data (20 pages) , Sub-miniature Tube Types (2 pages), Obsolete Tube Types (22 pages), and Foreign Tube Types (24 pages). As you might expect in a Western Electric tester, many WE tubes are listed, including 274 and 300B. I have also added the instructions and testing data for tubes that require the CA-4 and CA-5 adapters. Postage is $3.00 in the USA.
