This is a Morse taper shank 13/16 high speed 11" drill bit, made by LSI USA. As you can see in the picture the morse taper end has surface rust, but the actual bit does not look to me like it has been used or maybe just barely used as it is in extremely sharp condition.

This auction consists of Dovetail / Relief cutters, a nice collection for cutting the harder to get at areas. There are also a couple of straight carbide cutters with a few smaller nicks on these.
