It is easy to clean and operate, and is versatile and gentle on all products. It provides immediate cost-saving results. Large port openings permit filling of chunky ingredients without crushing. It can be easily fitted with a full range of standard Hinds-Bock attachments. CONDITION This gently used and regularly maintained machine is in perfect working condition- checked and tested by our technician. It is clean and ready for operation. We describe items being sold to the best of our knowledge. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all of the equipment we sell is tested by qualified technician and in good working order. We leave it to our customers to judge cosmetic condition of equipment we sell. We list with maximum (12) amount of zoomable pictures that allows our customers to make an educated decision. HOW WE TEST Every piece of equipment we place for sale is checked, tested and comes with a warranty, unless stated otherwise. (We do not test equipment with product. For example when testing a pizza oven we make sure that all parts are performing like they're suppose to: mechanics and electronics,- we do not cook actual pizza as part of a test. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment is due within three business days after the end of the auction. After freight is shipped, it's responsibility of the buyer to follow shipping progress and coordinate delivery with carrier(s). 5. Freight insurance must be purchased by the buyer prior to shipping in order for freight company to pay claim if an item is damaged during shipping. If freight arrives damaged: a. Note damages with truck driver.(Carrier will not cover damages that are not noted.) b. Take pictures of the damaged item. c. File claim with shipping company. MCE,Inc. is not responsible and will not pay for any freight damages. 6. Items are normally shipped within 3-7 business days of payment being cleared. Allow additional time to crate larger and heavy items. Items that are not picked up or shipped due to buyer's action/inaction are subject to 1%(of the sale price) or $25, whichever is greater, daily storage charge. Storage services are available for a fee – please inquire. 7. Props, tables, stands on which equipment is placed to be photographed and unrelated to sale items in background and foreground are not included in the sale, unless specifically mentioned in the description. If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in a sale. 8*. Warranty: We offer 30 days major parts warranty.(Major Parts are defined as parts essential in operation of a unit. Major Parts do not include accessories, cracked or discolored plastic covers, parts that are commonly changed due to normal wear and tear: belts, seals, covers, decals, etc.) Warranty does not cover costs of labor. ANY WORK DONE ON A PURCHASED UNIT WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF MCE,Inc. WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED. The warranty starts the day buyer's payment is cleared. Warranty will not apply when: a. over 30 days have passed after payment clearing date. b. the item was altered or customized by seller or someone on behalf of the seller. c. on those rare occasions when we specifically and explicitly sell item as “as/is no warranty”. We offer 14 days money back guarantee. Guarantee applies ONLY to items that do not match their descriptions- We do not accept returns for any other reasons. Guarantee comes with the following conditions: a. Buyer is responsible for all repacking, shipping and insurance charges for returns. b. Buyer agrees to a 10% restocking fee. c. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. d. Items that were banded to a pallet, shrink-wrapped and crated must be returned in the same manner. e. If hard-wiring is required, the buyer should have a LICENSED electrician to complete all electrical work.
