This is the workhorse of any bakery!  This Anets' Single Pass Dough Sheeter has been used strictly for the sheeting of laminated doughs.  The switch was totally replaced 4 years ago, and everything works like a charm!  Single phase, plug in, and use.  Can also be used for fondant, pie dough, pizza dough, sheets of thick fillings, etc.  19 inch shoot.  Handle easily adjusts rollers, all mechanisms work fabulously!!  Pick-up only.  Delivery not available.  Item available for pick-up 11/21 - 11/29.  We are a working kitchen, and equipment is currently in use!!  Please email with any questions, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
