Cutters are in used condition but have plenty life yet. Small rust spot but doesnt effect cutters.

This is a used set of HK Porter 0290FCS cable cutters with a set of Klein fiberglass handles on them, which are round and a bit shorter than the HK Porter flat, yellow ones. I tested them on some 4/0 copper wire and they cut good. They are used though, so please view the pics observing the cutter blades to determine if they are in as good condition as what you're wanting...for this is the actual set of cutters..thanks

These ratcheting cable cutters are uses and a little rusty but it is in good working condition. The action is tight and the cutting edge is sharp. I recently was cutting some 4/0 copper and it cut through it no problem.
