All sales are Final When you plug in a large piece of equipment, do not use extension cords, plug into the wall outlet. Compressors work best when plugged into a wall outlet. If a refrigeration unit has been laid down by a freight company, It must be turned in the upright position so the compressor has a chance to recover before you plug it in. Give it about 6-8 hrs. It is best to keep a refrigeration unit, upright in the truck, when picked up or shipped to you. We always leave refrigeration units in the upright position. Unless we informed you prior to shipping. Items might have missing parts that we do not know about, beyond our control. Human errors do occur when looking over and reviewing equipment. Some items will not come with plugs/cords, a licensed electrician, has to set that up for you. That is normal for commercial items. We try and let you know that, but sometimes we forget.
