HP Agilent 3457A 6.5-Digit Benchtop DMM Front/Rear Terminals Self "Test Failed" Tested AC input voltage and Ohm input. Both do not work. No other testing performed. There was something rattling around inside the 3457A when I acquired it, so I opened it up to find the source.  There was a lone screw loose.  I dont know where the screw came from so I tapped it to the outside of the case.  Don't know if this 3457A was ever powered up with the loose screw inside. Took some pictures of the internals. Could be something missing from the inside, but I do not know what to look for.  The 3457A comes as pictured with outer cover installed and internals as shown. Front panel fuse is good. Has scuffs, scrapes, stickers and sticker residue. Does not include power supply, leads, or power cord. May ship via Fedex.
