The unit is in good cosmetic condition. It may have a small scratch here or there. The top cover has a white mark and black writting on it (see picture). There is some bad scratches on the front by the Local button (see picture). All buttons, knobs, and switches are good and intact. The serial # is 1739J01424. Will works with 120 & 240 voltage. We always re-check the item before we ship it. This makes sure the item is working, when it leaves my shop. NO options are marked. In addition to automatic measurements, the 4262A provides high accuracy (0.2% reading), internal dc bias, and series parallel equivalent circuit modes. This relatively low cost and easy-to-use LCR meter is capable of a wide range of applications--measuring electrolytic/ceramic capacitors, filter coils, pulse transformers, internal resistance of dry cells and semiconductor junction capacitance, as well as ordinary LCR components. Extended features of this reliable instrument includes optionally available HP-IB and BCD data output capabilities and a comparator option which is convenient for production line applications.
