Minor nicks/dents can be found throughout the unit. Control panel is in good condition. The output volt gauge display window has shattered; functionality may have been affected. The percent modulation gauge display window show no signs of major scratches. Functionality/Degree of Testing: Unit powers on. The needle on the percent modulation gauge is responsive. All testable knobs are responsive. We do not have the necessary resources to further test this unit. Power cable is included. Dimensions (L" * W" * H"): 20 3/4 * 13 1/2 * 16 3/8 approx.
