The Analyzer was acquired in Electronics Research’s acquisition of Andrew Corporation TV division in 2003 and has been used in a lab atmosphere currently. We are updating our test equipment and have no further need for this Analyzer. Functionality, the unit powers on and display is working. Unit passes self-diagnostic with no faults as well as all internal tests and display tests. All controls are responsive. We used the Analyzer to performed comprehensive testing on production FM, TV antennas and filters for the US market. Power cable included. The HP 8753D Network Analyzer, 30 kHz to 6 GHz operating range provides excellent RF network measurements for lab and production test areas. Combined with the 85046A S-Parameter Test Set, it provides characterizing linear behavior of either active or passive networks, devices, or components from 300 kHz to 3 GHz. With two independent display channels available, you can simultaneously measure and view the reflection and transmission characteristics of the device under test in overlay or split-screen format on the crisp color display. The easy-to-use selection of measurement functions allows you to measure the magnitude, phase, or group delay characteristics of your device under test. HP 85046A S-Parameter unit and 50 Ohm cable test set, 300 kHz to 3 GHz operating range provides the capability to simultaneously measure the transmission and reflection characteristics of 50 ohm devices. The test set is controlled from the analyzer and includes programmable step attenuators. It has been used in our lab with the HP 8753D Analyzer for several years. Specifications provides the capability to measure reflection and transmission characteristics (including S-parameters) of two-port devices in either direction with a single connection. Includes a programmable step attenuator Frequency range 300 kHz to 3 GHz.
