Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The item will be professional packaged using high grade packing materials. Excusable Delays Delivery dates are approximate and Abtech Test shall not be liable for delays in shipment due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Payment Payment shall be in advance of shipment. Once payment is received, the item will ship within 5 business days barring any excusable delays. Abtech accepts PayPal and can also accept Major credit cards directly. To pay with a credit card please call 800-474-7397 with the item number and ask for accounting. A credit card fee may apply. Warranty All equipment, unless otherwise explicitly stated, is used. Equipment is tested and inspected by Abtech's experience lab technicians, and is warranted against defects for 30 days, unless otherwise noted. Equipment is sold with a 10 day right of return. Calibration services are not guaranteed for every item. Calibration is available at an additional charge. Equipment which has been designated “As-Is”, is sold as-is, where-is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and is not eligible for return for any reason. Warrantied equipment will be repaired or replaced by Abtech at their discretion. If damage occurs, Customer agrees to notify Abtech within two business days. If such damage is alleged to have occurred during shipment, all packing materials must be retained until the carrier and/or inspector has had an opportunity to inspect the damage and prepare a report. Failure to comply with the above may result in claim being disallowed by the carrier, in which case request to return the item would be denied. During the warranty period described in these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall not undertake any repair, alteration, modification or disassembly of the equipment without prior written consent of Abtech.
