This is available as local pick up ONLY.  Location Flint Michigan.  Thank you Sold as parts machine only.    PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to purchase this printer you must be able to pick up within 24 hours unless other arrangements are agreed upon. I will not hold unto this item so please do not agree to buy if you do not have the means to promptly to pick up. Thank you for your understanding. HP Designjet 130 C7791C Wide Carriage Printer. - This was acquired through a business closing, I am listing what I know about it and it isn't very much :) * The only testing that I have been able to do is to power it on.   - the unit powers on and the LCD shows active (shows ink cartridge symbols showing what I am guessing to be an empty ink cartridge warning but I am not positive- this is best guess  - the printer will grab a piece of paper and pull it through but does not print (I am guessing that this Might be due to ink??) The ink cartridges are included, but are assumed to be bad, non-functioning, etc  What little research I have done shows that this printer was very expensive, with some information stating over $2,000.   I can show you that the printer powers on but that is all The printer is being sold AS-IS, no warranty, no guarantee, and as a parts machine.
