This is an Agilent E4412A E-Series CW Power Sensor Fix-up Repair #1. Item came from a surplus of excess equipment. I have no means to test this sensor so it is being sold as is for fixup or repair. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: If for any reason there is a problem whether it is with the item, shipping or communication, please contact me the seller whether the item is new or used if there is a problem; I am sure we can work out a solution. If you do not feel that you can leave me a 5-Star detailed seller rating, please email me the details regarding the problem. This will allow me to improve my process. Your input here is very important to make Ebay a successful Selling and Buying Platform for everyone to continue using now and in the future. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases so the eBay calculator may not give the correct shipping amount or if you think it is too high please email me so I can invoice you correctly. I ship all my packages within the time shown on eBay and if there is ever a delay, I email the buyer. Due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy I can only ship the item to the address that is listed on the PayPal receipt, so do not ask me to ship the item to any other address than the one on the PayPal receipt. You the buyer have the option to change the ship to address during the eBay checkout process which will then allow me to ship to that address, but this has to be done at checkout. All this information is needed promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item. If this is done any other way then it can greatly delay the shipping time. DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREIGHT: I now use UPS Freight for all my Freight shipments. If the item is being shipped Freight please include complete ship to address, Phone number, whether the address is Residential or Commercial, and if a loading dock or Fork Lift Truck is available. Special requirements- if you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift truck, then a lift gate truck while be required. All this information is needed promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item. DOMESTIC SHIPPING USPS: I normally ship USPS parcel post or 1st class if the item is 1 pound or less, and if the item is around 1- 4 lbs. I normally ship USPS Priority Mail. I include shipping confirmation on all shipments. I do not include insurance because I normally do not know what the item will sell for in an auction. If insurance is needed, then you will need to request this before checkout so I can re-invoice you the correct shipping cost. DOMESTIC SHIPPING UPS: Items over 4 lbs. I quote UPS. UPS automatically insures your package up to $100.00 so if you need more then you will need to request this amount before checkout so I can re-invoice you the correct shipping amount. I pack my items extremely well and use new materials, so for UPS shipments, I do charge a few Dollars ($$$) for boxes and packing materials and this is added to the normal UPS charge. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FREIGHT: I will still use DB Schenker for International Freight shipping. International Freight is a lot cheaper if you are able to pick the item up at the Airport verses having to have the item trucked to you. Express mail requires the item to be fully insured, requires a confirmation delivery signature, and will provide tracking. Express mail provides $100.00 of insurance at no additional cost. Any sale above $100.00 will have final insurance costs calculated at the end of the sale; do not make payment until you are invoiced. Items shipped 1st class International does not provide tracking and insurance is not available through the US Post Office. Item Shipped Priority International: Items can be shipped Priority Mail International up to $250.00 and can be Insured. I do not include insurance in the shipping so if you need insurance please email me before payment is made so I can adjust the shipping cost if necessary and reissue you a corrected invoice for shipping. Customs Delays- any shipment can be delayed by customs. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs or other circumstances that are beyond my control. Combined Shipping- I do combine shipping so the shipping calculator may not give the correct results so please email me if you are purchasing multiple items.
