REF Dynamics Hydraulic Test Station   Model HCT-40 This is a completely self contained test system used for testing various hydraulic components, valves, hoses, actuators, etc.  This test station was previously used during the test and manufacture of space and marine products used in such endeavors as the Titanic exploration and recovery expedition.   The power unit  consists of a 40 gallon red oil reservoir, a Denison 5000 PSI pump (Model PA-202-576-R) powered by a Marathon 40 HP 3Ph, 220/440 volt motor (Model  1L401UTDR96AA), a Parker Hydraulic Accumulator (Model A4A0251CA)  as well as an enclosed electrical control panel. The test item area is located behind a Plexiglas enclosure, and consists of a stainless steel sink that drains to the reservoir as well as a panel of pressure and flow gauges.  The system pressure and temperature gauges are located on the right hand side of the unit outside of the enclosed test area.  All system control and regulating valves are conveniently located below the test area.  The test area instrumentation includes  5 - 6 inch pressure gauges (300 to 5000 psi), 1 – 4 inch pressure gauge (5000 psi) and 2 flow meters ( 3.0 gpm and 200 gpm) as well as control valves and fluid connection ports.   The system panel consists of a 10,000 psi pressure gauge, a system temperature gauge, a 0-60 minute timer gauge, and the system heating control unit.  Approximate dimensions:     96” W x 40” D x 78” H  We have no way to test the working condition of this item.
