This Y stainer/filter valve was removed from an electric over hydraulic lifting machine for a military X-ray unit that was in perfect working condition. Both sides are marked the same with "40M 3/8 CRANE 125" and an arrow. The arrow indicates direction of free flow, opposite direction is restricted. 3/8 is for 3/8" national pipe thread, which is the size of both ports. Manufactured by Crane, I assume model 40M and it handles 125 PSI working pressure. Main body is made of very heavy malleable steel with valve access made of brass and square headed steel (needle?). I am not familiar with this type of hydraulic unit and didn't take it apart, therefore the stainless filter screen inside could use a cleaning. 3 1/4" long x 2 3/4" wide x 1 1/2" thick; 1# actual weight. This item will be shipped in a well packed box. Combined shipping is available on all but the heaviest items (70 pounds USPS max). Shipping insurance coverage for this item is only included in the shipping price quoted above if Priority Mail is used.
