Please feel free to message me with any questions. I have a short Q&A below of questions people have asked over time. We have accessories that are not listed here including a A/B switch for a 3rd channel which can be purchased separately if you decide you would like a 2nd sensor. Notes: One of the sales people is upgrading to the newest DAQ box and iPad so this is a pre-owned system. This is a used iPad 2, 16 GB AT&T model. This is our 2 channel, 2 port 2nd generation DAQ box. The DAQ, Sensor, & cable are pre-owned but in good condition. The Tachometer & cable are pre-owned as well. The case is the Otterbox Defender and the DAQ box is mounted to the backplate of the Otterbox which detaches from the Defender case. See photo for crack in backplate, not the case itself. It is minor and does not effect the system in anyway, I just wanted to mention it to be fair. This system includes our balancing application (BalancePro) & our vibration analysis application (VibePro), as well as training videos pre-loaded in your photo library. We set up the account in icloud, load the applications, and calibrate the unit. We offer paid training or we have free video channels on Youtube that covers all you need to know to get started and then some advanced videos. Q & A Q. What is the lowest resolvable frequency? A. 1.00 Hz Q. Does this unit display time amplitude vs time domain? A. Yes, the current app (VibrePro) is capable of this Q. Can I use a modal hammer and record natural (structure) frequencies? A. Yes Q. How long are the cables? A. Our standard cable is a coiled cable that extends from 3 feet to 10 feet. Q. Do you provide two accelerometers with cabling? A. No, the unit comes with one accelerometer & cabling. Q.If not what is the cost of adding the second accelerometer? A. An additional accelerometer with cabling is $550 Q. Can I display the accelerometers separately on the same screen? A. Yes, you can display Channel 1 or Channel 2 separately on the same screen. Q. What are the costs of supplying velocity sensors (two) instead of accelerometers? A. We do not currently carry velocity sensors. Q. Do you provide DEMO units? A. We no longer provide demo units but we do welcome anyone to come in and test the analyzer at any of our three locations across the US, it is also possible depending on location that we can come out and demo the unit for you. Please message me if you would like more information. Q. Are rental units available? A. Yes rentals are now available. You can contact the rental company, Scantek, via their website for more information (scantekinc dot com). Q. What are the additional costs for a 32GB, 64GB and 128GB units? A. 32GB iPad Air is an additional $100.00 64GB iPad Air is an additional $200.00 128GB iPad Air is an additional $300.00 Q. Does the price include vibration software? A. Yes, the price includes our VibePro software, the DAQ box, Industrial protective case, accelerometer w/cable, 16GB cellular iPad, as well as updates to the software. Q. Are there any plans for a balancing app in the future? A. Yes, we do offer many balancing options. We offer a balancing hardware kit for $1,899, which includes the tachometer and tachometer adapter. BalancePro and iRotorBalancer support this balancing kit. More information is available at our website - (gtipredictive dot com). Q. Do the accelerometers come with magnetic bases? A: Yes they do. Q. What type of warranty is offered? A. We offer a 1 year warranty. Q. Is any training included? A. Training is not included in the price of one unit. We do offer two different choices of training at reasonable rates. We have quite a few videos posted to our YouTube channel that show how the unit works. There is also a full video tutorial for VibePro. The user interface is very easy to learn. An example is myself, I have no technical experience in maintenance, vibration, or anything of that nature. I was taught to do readings in 30 minutes and I have never had to be shown again. I have tried learning on other units. While I could learn, it was far more complicated and harder to retain. Q. Is an operational manual included? A. Yes, the manual is on the iPad (within the VibePro app) but I can also send a copy or email one. Q. Could you tell me number of FFT lines? A. VibePro has 4800 lines of FFT Q. Does any of the software have the ability to pull up previous spectra/waveforms for a particular piece of equipment? A. Yes you can retrieve specific spectrums and wave forms from many places. This is due to our use of the iPad. The data can be saved and retrieved from the device, Dropbox.com or multiple other storage options. You can even overlay previous spectrum over a new one. Q. Can the waveform length be changed or is it a set time? A. Yes, both waveform and spectrum frequency range is tied into the iPads touch interface. You simply pinch to change frequency and time domain. All frequency markers (cursors) are touch enabled. Simply touch the peak you want to see and both amplitude and frequency is displayed with the cursor. Q. Could you tell me the bits for AD conversion? A. 24 bits 44k Hertz Q. Can sample frequencies be programmed? A. Yes they can. Q. I would be using the vibepro in areas that has no wifi service...will I still be able to collect and store my data? A. Yes, you only need data to upload or email reports, you do not need data to take readings and save reports, even if you wanted to save and email the report later you can do this as well. Q. The app pre-installed on the ipad - if the ipad fails, then how do i get the app back on a new ipad without paying for it again? A. The app is registered to your Apple ID, to install on new iPad simply go to the app store and download from your purchased apps. You will not be charged. Q. Is there anyway I can order a system without the iPad? I already own an iPad and I really don't need another. A. Yes, we have kit only versions. Q. Do you have balancing only versions of this available? A. Yes we do have balancing only pricing Q. Is there anyway I could order my system with a Lifeproof case? A.
