This adapter came from a Servend machine at a Quiznos store with a Manitowoc ice head. It fits standard 30 inch soda machines and holds the ice head perfectly. It has all the rubber gaskets all it needs is a little silicon to position them as needed.

You can see in the picture that the top panel is badly deformed; however, I will try to make or get another cover for it so that you have something presentable. In any case, once the machine is placed on the bin, the top will be up above 6 feet and out of sight anyways. The bin you see in the picture does have feet; I simply unscrewed them to make it easier to load on and off my trailer.
