This listing is for one NEW ICP 3 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit with gas heat. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2006 and in storage since. It has never been hooked up or run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The top of the unit is bent slightly in a couple of spots. The fan turns freely and all other components in the unit appear to be in good working order. It's fully charged with refrigerant. « There are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet and one or two rubbed spots on the coil. It's also a little dirty inside as it appears to have been stored outside for awhile. These issues should have no effect on the unit's ability to function. See photos for details.
