This listing is for one NEW ICP 3 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit with gas heat. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The top of the unit is bent downward and there are what look like hammer marks in a couple of spots. The fan turns freely and all other components in the unit appear to be in good working order. It's fully charged with refrigerant. « There are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet and rubbed spots on the coil. These issues should have no effect on the unit's ability to function. See photos for details.
