Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: · There is a dent in the seam on one corner. · The panel over the heat exchanger is missing. We will replace it prior to shipping. · There are minor dents elsewhere on the unit. These defects are cosmetic and should not affect the unit’s performance in any way. See photos for details.
