 This IMS MX-CS101-401 Micro LYNX 4  Stepper Drive and this IMS Mdrive 23 Motor + Driver Motion Control With Linear Actuator Mdl. MDIP2216-4 were used only momentarily to test a prototype's circuit design The IMS MX-CS101-401 Micro LYNX 4  Stepper Drive includes two extra expansion module plug in boards that are already installed in expansion bays 1 and 2 The  IMS Mdrive 23 Motor + Driver Motion Control With Linear Actuator Mdl. MDIP2216-4 is a little different from the more common stepper motors in that the screw nut is mounted internally on this stepper motor's armature and you mount the threaded rod's end directly to the part you want to move. I.E. you don't need to have a separate screw nut that moves back and forth on the exposed thread The 6" lead screw shown does not spin, as it is bolted to your part it only moves in and out following the rotation of the spinning nut inside this motor drive.
