Complete _______________________________________________________________________________________ DIRECTIONS FOR USE GENERAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING & DEGREASING TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER can be used to clean and degrease any surface where water can be tolerated. Use TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER at a use concentration of 3%–20% by volume (3.8–25.6 fl . ounces/gallon) depending on the nature, make-up and extent of the soils to be removed. The use of HOT water increases cleaning & degreasing performance. Apply to the surface to be cleaned with the desired application method. Follow with a thorough water rinse. TANK IMMERSION CLEANING & DEGREASING Use TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER at a use concentration of 5%–20% by volume (6.4–25.6 fl . ounces/gallon) at room temperature. Immerse object as long as needed to effectively remove soils. Follow with a thorough water rinse. SHOP FLOORS & OTHER HARD SURFACE CLEANING & DEGREASING MOP & BUCKET: For heavy duty shop floor cleaning, add 10%–20% by volume (12.8–25.6 fl . ounces/gallon) of TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER to a mop bucket filled with HOT clean water. Apply to the surface to be cleaned with mop or brush. Where soil deposits are heavy, let soak for 5 to 15 minutes and brush if possible. Follow with additional mopping or a thorough hose or high-pressure water rinse. For additional soil removal, wet-vacuum dry cleaned area. AUTOMATIC FLOOR SCRUBBERS: For heavy duty shop floor & hard surface cleaning, add 10%–20% by volume (12.8–25.6 fl . ounces/gallon) of TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER to the already water filled solution tank. Adding TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER to the tank after filling with water will diminish foam production. Hot water temperatures for most plastic-tanked scrubbers should not exceed 140? F. Where soil deposits are heavy, a double pass may be necessary. Rinse with clean water. Operation of equipment should be done in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. VEHICLE WASHING SPONGE, BRUSH & BUCKET: For typical vehicle, truck or fleet washing, add 5%-10% by volume (6.4–12.8 fl . ounces/gallon) of TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER to a water-filled bucket at a temperature between 40?–160? F. Apply to surface to be cleaned with sponge or brush. Where soil deposits are heavy, let soak for 5–15 minutes and brush if possible. Follow with a thorough hose or high-pressure water rinse. LOW OR HIGH PRESSURE SPRAYERS: Apply TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER at a rate of 4–12 fl . ounces/gallon (ratios of 1:32–1:10). Apply to the surface to be cleaned. Where soil deposits are heavy, let soak for 5–15 minutes and brush if possible. Follow with a thorough hose or high pressure water rinse. FOAM GENERATORS: TRANSBRITE DirtBUSTER will create high quality foam through typical low & high pressure foam generators. Apply to surface to be cleaned. Allow foam to soak and cling to soils. Where soil deposits are heavy, let soak for 5–15 minutes and brush if possible. Follow with a thorough hose or high-pressure water rinse. Chemical set-up and operation of equipment should be done in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. SAFETY AND HANDLING Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended. In case of contact immediately flush skin with plenty of water. For eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately. Refer to MSDS for all other questions regarding safety and handling. STORAGE Dry, cool, indoor storage out of direct sunlight between 40 °–100? F is recommended. Store away from any incompatible materials and tightly close containers after use. KEEP FROM FREEZING.
