This unit came out of a school's industrial arts department. It is in good condition and functions properly. It is 120 volt for the heating elements and controller and uses compressed air to actuate the press.
Up for auction here is a very nice Baker's Pride model P-44 electric industrial double pizza oven. This unit runs on 220v power and features a double oven configuration with two separate doors. The oven has 4 shelves for baking up to 4 pizzas at a time and dials for different baking temperatures and times for each shelf.
