Large Spud Wrench size 1 11/16. The wrench weighs 5.5 pounds and is 22 1/2 inches long. It has a slight rust look but a nice aged patina all over the piece.
You are bidding on a 1st Edition 1921 Berloy Building Materials handbook , with 1922 (23 page ) Addendum inserted in the back. This book shows very little use, it is remarkably clean, the only wear I see is on the very edge of the bottom of the binding simply from being stored on a shelf. It is not musty or smoky smelling.
