This is a complete Sept. 1907 Issue of the Inland Type Foundry Specimen Book. It has some issues- It is evident that this book had some moisture damage at some point as evidenced by the slightly dimpled pages and a faint discoloration at the top of the pages when it was rescued and rebound around 40 years ago in red leather. The leather has cracked along the spine both front and back.   The bookbinder did a beautiful job saving this book.  It is tight and well pressed and preserved.  But it is unfortunate the leather along the spine has split.  It is also possible a good bookbinder would be able to repair it.
