If the item is returned after 7 days and is not in sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a 25% re-stocking fee of the original purchase amount. The customer will be responsible for any goods that are damaged due to poor packaging when returning them to us. Additionally, software is non refundable once registered. If an item still under warranty needs repairing, it is covered under our "return to base" policy meaning the customer would be responsible for sending the instrument back to us at their own expense. With compatibility for 98% of Rotating Laser Levels, this product is an optimal choice for professionals in need of accurate measurements. For shipping, please be aware that default postage is for the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands. Customers outside of this location should contact us prior to purchasing for an accurate shipping price and delivery time. Tracking numbers and shipping details are available upon request, but postage claims cannot be made until 28 days after the purchase. In case a customer needs to return an item, we offer a 7 day return policy, granted the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, it must be reported to our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs on returned items unless there is proof of the item being faulty.
