Here is an HP 11855A 75 Ohm cal/adapter kit as would be used with a Network Analyzer, 75 Ohm type N (small pins). The foam had gone bad, so I replaced it with the "cut your own insert" type, like comes with Pelican cases. I cleaned all the connectors to remove the old foam "bits".
