Priority shipments available. All items are F.O.B. our Warehouse or Factory Distributor. If shipping by truck, and your shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, you must make a note on the shipping receipt before signing. Please do not accept a short or damaged shipment without proper notification to the truck driver. If shipping through mail or UPS, and a shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, please call us immediately so we can reship the items and place a claim. You must keep the damaged goods and all shipping materials for inspection. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but we give you a quote if you request the assistance. Returns All returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition, and accompanied by return slip or original shipper. Returned merchandised due to customer error must be prepaid and subject to restocking charges. Special order merchandise, or merchandise held by customer for over 30 days, will not be accepted for return. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
