Model F-16DP Sanitizing Dishwasher This is a DP (sanitizing) model dishwasher. It is just like the F-18DP but with a unique smaller size. It fits perfectly under counter and is great for cleaning and sanitizing glassware, cups, dishes, utensils. We opted for the basket that holds all of those as it also includes the utensils mini-basket. It is used. It was purchased in 2002 but we only used it until 2004 in a coffee shop to clean cups and glasses. It was disconnected but to test it we reconnected everything. As you can see in the photos it heats up to temp. We ran it through 2 wash cycles including watching the rinse and detergent pumps to make sure they functioned properly. It has a self drain pump with a separate manual button. Lift out the overflow plug, press the button and it drains down to almost totally empty. Place the overflow plug back in and your ready to have it fill heat up and wash/rinse dishes. This feature is normally used at the end of the day or week as desired for cleaning. We have the technical manual and believe also the user one though they may be found online. While we tested it there is a no return policy nor is there a warranty on it.
