I turned it on and numbers came on the display as you can see in the last 3 pics. The second to last pic shows the weight of the silver metal plate that goes on top of it and the last pic shows the weight of my tape measure. I can't guarantee how accurate it is so I'm selling it as inaccurate and to be on the safe side for parts or not working.
