keithley 263 Calibrator / Source works but needs adjustment. The 10Gohm range is out of tolerance and it may be causing the pA range to be out. We can't adjust this unit and it may need repair. There may be some other ranges OOT as well since we gave up. There are ranges that are in tolerance as well. We are selling this unit as-is. There is no power cord, manual or other accessories included. US bidders only, eBay global is OK. no returns.
